How to use these Las Vegas transportation guides

BlackCarServiceLasVegas.com publishes these guides so a planner can compare products before calling. The ranking articles cover F1 weekend, group moves, private cars, limos, general car service, chauffeurs, black cars, airport transportation, convention weeks, and wedding days. As of 2026 the published floors on this domain are $120 per hour for an executive sedan, $150 for a Cadillac Escalade, $230 for a Mercedes S-Class, and $240 for a Mercedes Sprinter. Each class has a 3-hour minimum, so estimated three-hour hourly totals are $360, $450, $690, and $720. Call (702) 904-8361 with date, door, passenger count, and bags.

Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) closed 2025 with nearly 55 million passengers, the third-highest year in airport communications, about 5.9 percent below the 2024 record near 58.4 million. Clark County still places the field about one mile from the Strip. That volume is why Terminal 1 versus Terminal 3 belongs in a quote. Henderson Executive Airport (FAA HND, IATA HSH) is the private-aviation reliever at 3500 Executive Terminal Drive. It is about 12 miles south of the Strip on hnd.aero, with I-15 and I-215 access. Put FBO and tail number on those quotes.

These guides are not a second rate table. App screenshots and hotel shuttle flyers are different products. Last updated September 2026.

Which guide to open first

Open the airport transportation guide when LAS or Henderson Executive is the first or last door. Open the F1 guide when Las Vegas Boulevard is under Grand Prix control. Open the group guide when a team, wedding party, or booth crate should stay in one vehicle. Open the limo guide when presentation is the point of the reservation. Open the chauffeur and black-car guides when the job is a reserved class with a named valet. Open the convention guide when LVCC, Venetian Expo, Mandalay Bay, or Caesars Forum is the hall. Open the wedding guide when a chapel or resort ceremony sets the clock.

The Las Vegas Convention Center is an LVCVA facility at 3150 Paradise Road. LVCVA materials describe a 4.6 million-square-foot campus with about 2.9 million square feet of exhibit space and 225 meeting rooms. West Hall and Central Hall have separate lobby and registration areas. A quote that says "the convention center" is not finished. Name the hall. Name the hotel block.

If you already know the class, skip the ranking article and open rates, fleet, airport transfers, or hourly charter. If you already know the tower, open the Strip, Downtown Fremont, Henderson, or Summerlin location page. The blog index exists so those paths are visible on one URL.

What the ranking lists compare

Each listicle names providers against booking fields that matter in Las Vegas: airport terminal or FBO, hotel tower, hall, wait rules, and vehicle class. Ranking articles may name operators as unlinked text.

Compare cancellation, overtime, and whether the class on the confirmation is the class that shows up. A sedan confirmation is 3 passengers and 3 bags on this site. An Escalade is 6 and 6. Sprinter seating and luggage space depend on the assigned configuration. Child seats occupy a place. Confirm the assigned seating and luggage layout rather than estimating capacity from a photo.

Uber Black and Lyft Lux remain live marketplace bids. They can cost less on a Tuesday in August and then jump on a fight night. This domain posts the hourly floor before you land. CES, SEMA, NAB, MAGIC, G2E, Formula 1, and Raiders weekends tighten Sprinter inventory first. The floors stay.

LAS terminals the airport guides keep repeating on purpose

Harry Reid International Airport has 110 aircraft gates in two terminal buildings that are not physically connected. Airport terminal pages say each building has its own parking garage, ticketing, baggage claim, and shops. Terminal 1 covers A, B, and C gates, with the D Gates satellite reached by an automated transit system. Terminal 1 airlines share one baggage claim on Level 1. Terminal 3 is the 14-gate E Gates building with a 60,000-square-foot Customs and Border Protection arrivals hall. Some domestic carriers check in at Terminal 3 and still operate from D Gates. Source: harryreidairport.com/Terminals.

Southwest, Allegiant, and American are among Terminal 1 operators on that same airport page. United, JetBlue, Hawaiian, Alaska, Frontier, and the foreign-flag list check in at Terminal 3. A quote that only says "LAS" leaves the chauffeur on the wrong garage while the passenger is at the other baggage claim. Put airline and Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 on every airport guide booking.

Airport home-page alerts in 2026 noted connector-tunnel lane closures through December 2026 for repaving. That is extra clock time on an hourly charter, not a reason to invent a new minute table. We do not publish guaranteed ETAs. Typical ranges on route cards are planning color.

Henderson Executive notes the airport guide should not skip

Henderson Executive is a Clark County reliever field, not a Southwest bank. hnd.aero describes a 24,000-square-foot terminal, 84 acres of ramp, and a 760-acre airport about 12 miles south of the Strip. Clark County invested more than $30 million in the field. In 2019 it was named an Air Elite Diamond Service location. The airport site mentions planeside limousine service as an FBO amenity. That is the airport talking about ground transport at the ramp. It is not a promise that this chauffeur company holds a ramp badge.

Put tail number, FBO name, passenger count, bags, and the Strip or Henderson drop on the same reservation. After-hours terminal access can carry a facility fee on the airport side. Confirm waiting terms for the booked product and any change in the full-duration estimate. North Las Vegas Airport (VGT) is a different Clark County field. Do not send VGT instructions on an HND quote. IATA HSH exists because IATA HND is Tokyo Haneda. This site uses both HND and HSH so either search still lands on the Henderson Executive page.

Drops toward Green Valley, Anthem, Seven Hills, and Lake Las Vegas often need a gate code. Drops toward Wynn, Bellagio, or Venetian still need the tower name. Private aviation does not unlock a lower rate. Sedan $360, Escalade $450, S-Class $690, Sprinter $720 remain the estimated hourly totals.

Convention, wedding, and nightlife guides share one clock

CES, SEMA, NAB, MAGIC, and G2E fill LVCC and the hotel blocks around Westgate, Renaissance, Resorts World, and Wynn. LVCVA press notes for CES 2026 described a completed $600 million renovation of the LVCC legacy campus after the $1 billion West Hall opened in 2021. Those facts explain inventory, not a surcharge table. Book the class before the badge prints.

Wedding days fail when the quote lists a resort brand and not the chapel door, photo stop, and reception valet. Nightlife fails when the quote lists a club brand and not the host entrance versus the taxi line. Sphere, T-Mobile Arena, and Allegiant Stadium add event egress. Formula 1 closures on Las Vegas Boulevard discard typical Strip times. Keep the car on the hourly block if the return pickup is uncertain. Releasing the car ends the block.

How to book after you finish a guide

Pick the class from the published floors. Call (702) 904-8361 or open the reservation form. Name the door: Terminal 1, Terminal 3, HND FBO, hotel tower, LVCC hall, chapel, or club entrance. Confirm the booking type, any hourly minimum and whether the chauffeur waits. Keep the confirmation for curb or FBO instructions.

Do not send only a hotel brand. Do not send a six-person headcount on a sedan. Do not send an Uber screenshot as the rate. Do not assume Wi-Fi, default flight tracking, or a walk-up office. Pickup is the door on the confirmation.

As of 2026 the floors have not moved below $120, $150, $230, or $240. Higher quoted totals stay if a date or vehicle requires them. Last updated September 2026.

How the ten published guides split intent

The F1 guide is for Grand Prix control on Las Vegas Boulevard, Paddock Club timing, and hotel towers that sit inside the circuit week. The group guide is for Sprinters, wedding parties, and convention blocks that should keep one door time. The private-car, chauffeur, black-car, and car-service guides overlap on reserved class, and they still point at the same $120, $150, $230, and $240 floors. The limo guide is for presentation language on the confirmation. The airport guide is for LAS terminals and HND FBOs. The convention guide is for LVCC and the other halls. The wedding guide is for chapel, photos, and reception valet.

Airport communications put LAS at nearly 55 million passengers in 2025 and more than 170 markets. That is why the airport guide keeps repeating airline plus terminal. hnd.aero puts Henderson Executive 12 miles south of the Strip on a 760-acre field. That is why the airport guide keeps repeating FBO plus tail number. LVCVA puts LVCC at 3150 Paradise Road in 4.6 million square feet. That is why the convention guide keeps repeating hall name.

Read the ranking article for product comparison. Then book on this domain with the door written down. Call (702) 904-8361. Do not treat a listicle rank as a coupon.

What these guides refuse to invent

Request a quote for your LAS-to-Strip itinerary; the guides do not offer a $79 fare. Confirm the included waiting allowance and when charging starts, rather than assuming a complimentary 60-minute wait. Request and confirm flight monitoring, Wi-Fi, and the meeting location in writing. Pickup is at the door on the reservation, rather than a walk-up office. Check the operator and reservation details before traveling.

They do name sourced local facts: Terminal 1 versus Terminal 3, 110 gates, a 60,000-square-foot CBP hall at Terminal 3, HND at 3500 Executive Terminal Drive, LVCC at 3150 Paradise Road, and the published hourly floors. Sources stay harryreidairport.com, hnd.aero, and vegasmeansbusiness.com.

If a number is missing from those sources, the guide leaves it out. Last updated September 2026.

Booking path after a ranking article

Finish the guide, then open rates if you only needed the dollar table. Open fleet if you needed class caps. Open LAS or Henderson Executive if the first door is an airport. Open the Strip, Downtown Fremont, Henderson, or Summerlin if the first door is a neighborhood. Open airport transfers, hourly charter, or Sprinter van service if the job is a service slug. Then call (702) 904-8361 or use the reservation form.

Write date, time, passenger count, bags, child seats, vehicle class, and the door. For LAS add airline and Terminal 1 or Terminal 3. For HND add FBO and tail number. For LVCC add the hall at 3150 Paradise Road. For a Strip hotel add the tower. For a gated street add the code.

The published floors stay $120, $150, $230, and $240 with a 3-hour minimum. Last updated September 2026.

The airline split used in the airport guide now follows the live harryreidairport.com/Terminals list: Terminal 1 includes Advanced Air, Allegiant, American, Delta, Porter, Southwest, and Spirit. Terminal 3 holds United and the rest of that page. Connector-tunnel paving through December 2026 stays in the airport and F1 notes as extra clock time, not as a new fare.
