How Las Vegas car service routes are priced

Route pages on this site are planning guides for named origin-destination pairs. Request a point-to-point quote for a single transfer. BlackCarServiceLasVegas.com bills hourly charter with a 3-hour minimum. As of 2026 the floors are $120 sedan, $150 SUV, $230 S-Class, and $240 Sprinter. Request a route-specific transfer quote; $360 is the estimated three-hour sedan charter total. Call (702) 904-8361. Times shown on route cards are typical ranges already published on those pages, not guarantees.

Airport routes include LAS to the Strip, Venetian, Bellagio, Caesars Palace, MGM Grand, Downtown, Henderson, and Summerlin. Valley routes include Strip to Henderson, convention to Strip, and Strip to Red Rock. Longer requests include Las Vegas to Los Angeles, Grand Canyon, and Hoover Dam. For longer trips, compare a direct-transfer quote with retained hourly time after confirming the vehicle class and whether the chauffeur waits. There is no under-floor flat.

Put the hotel tower, terminal, or FBO on the quote even when the route slug already names the pair. Venetian is not Palazzo. Terminal 1 is not Terminal 3. Related pages: LAS to the Strip, LAS to Henderson, Vegas to Hoover Dam, convention to Strip, airport transfers, rates, fleet, LAS, and home.

Airport-to-tower routes versus valley routes

For LAS to the Strip, name the hotel tower and entrance. Venetian, Bellagio, Caesars Palace, and MGM Grand do not share a curb. LAS to Downtown, Henderson, and Summerlin drops extend beyond the Strip. Each route requires its own transfer quote; the $360 estimate applies to three-hour sedan charter. Call (702) 904-8361. Typical minute ranges already printed on the cards are planning hints, not contracts.

Strip to Henderson, convention to Strip, and Strip to Red Rock are valley routes. They fail when the quote names a brand and not a door. Venetian Expo is not LVCC West Hall. Red Rock Casino is not a canyon overlook. Extra stops bill on the hourly clock.

Vegas to Los Angeles, Grand Canyon, and Hoover Dam are longer. Confirm wait. Confirm vehicle class. A Sprinter to Hoover Dam with a group is $240 per hour, 3-hour minimum, then extra hours. We do not publish a teaser flat below the floor.

How to read a route page before you book

Read the quick answer, the hourly table, and the quote checklist. Put airline and terminal on airport routes. Put tower name on Strip routes. Put FBO on Henderson Executive connections. If the route page shows a typical time, treat it as off-peak color already on the page, not a new promise. Event nights discard typical times.

Why this index stays short on invented minutes

Clark County can say LAS is about one mile from the Strip. That sourced distance does not become a 7-minute guarantee on every tower. Terminal 1 versus Terminal 3, Tropicana signals, and valet stacks change the same mile. This index therefore points to route slugs instead of inventing a new ETA table. Last updated September 2026.

Route index recap

Route pages describe origin and destination pairs. Direct transfers need a route quote; retained hourly hire has a separate estimate. As of 2026 sedan $120, SUV $150, S-Class $230, Sprinter $240, 3-hour minimum. Request a route-specific transfer quote; $360 is the estimated three-hour sedan charter total. Call (702) 904-8361. Typical minute ranges on the cards are planning color, not contracts.

Airport pairs: LAS to the Strip, Venetian, Bellagio, Caesars Palace, MGM Grand, Downtown, Henderson, and Summerlin. Valley pairs: Strip to Henderson, convention to Strip, Strip to Red Rock. Longer pairs: Las Vegas to Los Angeles, Grand Canyon, and Hoover Dam. Longer pairs still need wait confirmed. There is no under-floor flat.

Put terminal, tower, FBO, or gate on the quote even when the slug names the pair. Last updated September 2026. Related pages: the child route slugs, rates, fleet, LAS, airport transfers, book, home.

Airport pairs versus valley pairs versus longer pairs

LAS to the Strip is the default airport pair when the hotel tower is still unknown. LAS to Venetian, Bellagio, Caesars Palace, and MGM Grand exist because those valets do not share a curb. LAS to Downtown leaves Las Vegas Boulevard for US-95. LAS to Henderson and LAS to Summerlin need an exact destination quote. Direct transfers are priced separately; a retained three-hour sedan estimate is $360 and is not an airport-transfer fare. Call (702) 904-8361.

Valley pairs are Strip to Henderson, convention to Strip, and Strip to Red Rock. Convention to Strip should name the LVCC hall at 3150 Paradise Road and the hotel tower. Strip to Red Rock should say whether the drop is Red Rock Casino or Red Rock Canyon. Those are different roads.

Longer pairs are Las Vegas to Los Angeles, Grand Canyon, and Hoover Dam. Confirm whether the chauffeur waits. There is no under-floor flat. A ten-hour sedan estimate is calculated for the complete duration before rounding; do not multiply the rounded $120 display. Travel time on I-15 to California varies; include your required arrival time in the request.

What a route slug still needs from you

The slug names a pair. The quote still needs the exact doors. LAS needs airline and Terminal 1 or Terminal 3. Harry Reid terminal pages say the two buildings are not connected, with 110 gates split across T1 and T3. Henderson Executive needs FBO and tail number. hnd.aero places that field 12 miles south of the Strip. A gated Henderson drop needs a code even when the route slug already says Henderson.

Passenger count and bags decide class. One carry-on pair: sedan. Clubs or a third passenger: Escalade. Hosted quieter cabin: S-Class if bags fit. Team or crate: Sprinter. Extra hours are estimated from the unrounded class rate if baggage, valet, or an FBO delay runs past the 3-hour block.

Typical minute ranges on the route cards are planning color. Connector-tunnel paving at LAS through December 2026 and Formula 1 closures on Las Vegas Boulevard are why this index will not convert those ranges into contracts. Last updated September 2026. Sources: harryreidairport.com and hnd.aero.

When to leave this index for a child route page

If the tower is Venetian, Bellagio, Caesars Palace, or MGM Grand, open that LAS pair. If the drop is Downtown Fremont, open LAS to Downtown. If the day is a hall plus a hotel, open convention to Strip. If the day is Hoover Dam with wait, open that longer pair and say so.

Groups should open Sprinter van service alongside the route slug. Hosted arrivals should open fleet and the S-Class line. Do not book a sedan for six people because the route looks short.

Route cards versus the hourly contract

Each route card on this index already prints a typical minute range. That range is planning color. Harry Reid terminal pages say the two buildings are not connected. Connector-tunnel paving through December 2026 adds time. Formula 1 week on Las Vegas Boulevard discards Strip ranges. CES load-in on Paradise Road discards LVCC ranges. None of those facts create a lower one-way rate.

LAS to the Strip, LAS to Venetian, LAS to Bellagio, LAS to Caesars Palace, LAS to MGM Grand, LAS to Downtown, LAS to Henderson, and LAS to Summerlin are quoted by route as direct transfers, or estimated at $360 for a retained three-hour sedan. Strip to Henderson, convention to Strip, and Strip to Red Rock use the same table. Vegas to Los Angeles, Grand Canyon, and Hoover Dam need wait confirmed and an estimate calculated for the full retained duration, not the rounded hourly floor multiplied by hours.

Put origin door and destination door on the quote even when the slug already names the pair. Call (702) 904-8361. Last updated September 2026.

Class choice on named pairs

LAS to Bellagio with two carry-ons: quoted by route, or a retained three-hour sedan estimated at $360. LAS to Summerlin with clubs: quoted by route, or a retained three-hour Escalade estimated at $450. LAS to LVCC West Hall with a team of ten: quoted by route, or a retained three-hour Sprinter estimated at $720. HND to Wynn with a quieter-cabin note: quoted by route, or a retained three-hour S-Class estimated at $690 if bags fit. Strip to Red Rock Canyon with wait: extra hours estimated from the unrounded class rate for the full duration. Vegas to Hoover Dam with wait: estimated from the unrounded class rate for the full duration, not a postcard flat.

Do not book a sedan for six people on LAS to Downtown because Fremont looks close on a map. Do not book a Sprinter for one carry-on unless the confirmation asked for that class. Child seats occupy a place.

Call (702) 904-8361. Related pages: fleet, rates, LAS, Henderson Executive, book. Last updated September 2026.

What this route index will not convert into a contract

Typical minute ranges on the cards. Pin-to-pin maps. "About one mile from the Strip" for LAS. "About 12 miles south of the Strip" for HND. Those are sourced or already-published planning notes. They are not arrival guarantees. Connector-tunnel paving through December 2026 is one reason. Valet stacks are another. Call (702) 904-8361 with doors, not with a requested minute stamp this page will not promise.

A LAS-to-Strip sedan transfer is quoted by route even when the field sits next to the corridor; a retained three-hour sedan is estimated at $360. If retained, extra hours are recalculated for the full duration if baggage and valet run long. Last updated September 2026.

How to book from this route index

Pick the child slug that names the pair. Then write the exact doors anyway. LAS pairs need airline and terminal. HND pairs need FBO and tail number. Valley pairs need tower, hall, gate, or canyon meeting point. Longer pairs need wait confirmed. Call (702) 904-8361.

Estimated hourly totals stay $360, $450, $690, and $720. A five-hour sedan is estimated at $600. A five-hour Sprinter is estimated at $1,180. Releasing the car ends the block. Last updated September 2026.

Harry Reid 2025 volume near 55 million passengers still does not create a one-way coupon on LAS to the Strip or LAS to Downtown. hnd.aero still places Henderson Executive 12 miles south of the Strip. Call (702) 904-8361.

LAS to Venetian, Bellagio, Caesars Palace, and MGM Grand remain separate valets. LAS to Henderson and LAS to Summerlin still leave the Strip map. Strip to Red Rock still needs casino versus canyon. Vegas to Hoover Dam, Grand Canyon, and Los Angeles still need wait confirmed. Last updated September 2026.

Airport Connector Tunnel work that changes LAS pairs

Clark County Department of Aviation is repaving the Airport Connector Tunnel in both the northbound and southbound directions. A Harry Reid press release says the work needs temporary lane cuts through the end of December 2026. From August 10, both tunnels drop to two lanes daily from 5 a.m. to midnight. Overnight, both directions drop to one lane from midnight to 5 a.m., Sunday through Friday. Dates can change. Source: harryreidairport.com/newsroom/press-releases/las-airport-begins-connector-tunnel-pavement-project.

That project is not the Clark County Public Works Interstate 215 and Airport Connector Interchange job, and it is not the NDOT Sunset Road paving job. The airport asked motorists to allow extra travel time. Extra time on a reserved car bills on the hourly clock. Request a route-specific transfer quote; $360 is the estimated three-hour sedan charter total. An Escalade still starts at $450. Call (702) 904-8361.

LAS to Venetian, Bellagio, Caesars Palace, MGM Grand, Downtown, Henderson, and Summerlin still use this tunnel corridor for many airport exits. Typical minute ranges on the route cards stay planning color. They are not contracts during two-lane tunnel hours. Last updated September 2026.

Which LAS garage a named airport pair should use

The live Harry Reid terminals list on harryreidairport.com/Terminals puts Advanced Air, Allegiant, American, Delta, Porter, Southwest, and Spirit at Terminal 1. Terminal 3 check-in on that same page includes Aer Lingus, Aeromexico, Air Canada, Alaska, Avianca, Breeze, British Airways, Condor, Copa, Edelweiss, Eurowings, Flair, Frontier, Hawaiian, JetBlue, KLM, Korean Air, Sun Country, United, Virgin Atlantic, VIVA Aerobus, Volaris, and WestJet. Some carriers still use D Gates after they ticket at Terminal 3. The two buildings are not connected.

A LAS-to-Bellagio quote that only says LAS leaves the chauffeur in the wrong garage. Write the airline. Write Terminal 1 or Terminal 3. Downtown pairs still leave Las Vegas Boulevard for US-95 after that garage. Henderson and Summerlin pairs still leave the Strip map. Longer pairs to Hoover Dam, Grand Canyon, and Los Angeles still need wait confirmed.

BlackCarServiceLasVegas.com does not sell a $79 one-way on any of those slugs. Estimated hourly totals stay $360, $450, $690, and $720. Call (702) 904-8361. Last updated September 2026. Source: harryreidairport.com/Terminals.
