By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
BlackCarServiceLasVegas.com provides luxury ground transportation services including airport transfers, corporate transportation, special event transportation, and hourly charter services throughout the Las Vegas area and beyond.
3. Booking and Reservations
- All reservations are subject to vehicle availability
- Accurate pickup location, time, and contact information is required
- You must be at least 18 years old to book our services
- A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation
4. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 24+ hours before pickup: Full refund
- Cancellations made within 24 hours: 50% charge may apply
- No-shows: Full charge applies
- Special events and holidays may have different policies
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless prior credit arrangements have been made. We accept all major credit cards. A 20% gratuity is included in all quoted prices.
6. Passenger Conduct
Passengers agree to:
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not smoke or vape in vehicles
- Not consume alcohol if under the legal drinking age
- Not damage or soil the vehicle
- Treat the chauffeur with respect
7. Liability Limitations
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for lost or damaged personal belongings.
8. Insurance
All vehicles are fully insured and licensed in accordance with Nevada state requirements. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
