SEMA Show: November 3 to 6

SEMA takes over the Las Vegas Convention Center at 3150 Paradise Road for four days. Doors open at 9:00 a.m., and the show closes at 5:00 p.m. on November 3, 4 and 5 and at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, November 6. Traffic bunches around opening and again after close, so ask for a drop-off well before any meeting at the doors and a staging point away from the main curb for the return. The show is trade-only apart from the public day on Friday.

Book early if you need an SUV for booth materials or a Sprinter for a team.

Grand Prix week: November 19 to 21

Formula 1 lists the Heineken Las Vegas Grand Prix as Round 21 of the 2026 season, with the weekend running November 19 to 21. Because the race is on city streets, closures change how cars reach Strip resorts, and the pickup door can move. We have not confirmed the official 2026 closure schedule, so we do not publish closure hours. Tell us your hotel tower when you book and we will agree a practical pickup point and a backup with you.

Plan hotel departures earlier than usual during race week, and avoid tight dinner reservations straight after a session. Hourly service suits the days when plans move.

National Finals Rodeo: December 3 to 12

The Wrangler National Finals Rodeo runs ten nights at the Thomas & Mack Center, December 3 to 12, and every performance starts at 5:45 p.m. Arrival and departure traffic bunches around that start time and the end of the night, so leave a cushion either side and agree a pickup point for the return before you go in. Groups attending several nights are well served by a booking that fixes the pickup time and vehicle for each night.

New Year's Eve and CES 2027

New Year's Eve falls on Thursday, December 31, 2026. We have not confirmed 2026 closures or show details for the Strip, so check the official notice when it is published and build extra time into every move that night. Reserve early so the vehicle class you want is still available.

CES 2027 is listed for January 6 to 9, 2027. Confirm your venues and session times with the organizer. Exhibitor teams and hosted clients usually do best with a Sprinter or an hourly SUV, so the vehicle and chauffeur stay with them between booths, hotels and dinners.

How far ahead to book

  • Sprinter, S-Class and group bookings: reserve as soon as flights and hotels are fixed. These classes fill first.
  • Airport arrivals and departures: book with your airline, terminal and flight number so the chauffeur can plan around the published arrival.
  • Multi-stop days: use hourly service, which has a 3-hour minimum, and share the stops and hotel tower in advance.
  • Single transfers: book as a transfer. Starting floors are $130 for a sedan and $160 for an SUV, and the quote confirms the final price.

Published rates do not move with surge. See the LAS airport car service rates, the full rates page, and our F1, SEMA and Sphere guide for race-week logistics.

Frequently Asked Questions

When are the busiest weeks for car service in Las Vegas this winter?

The confirmed dates are SEMA Show (Nov 3-6, 2026), the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix (Nov 19-21, 2026), the National Finals Rodeo (Dec 3-12, 2026) and CES 2027 (Jan 6-9, 2027). New Year’s Eve falls on Thursday, Dec 31, 2026.

How far ahead should I book a chauffeur for these weeks?

For SEMA, race week, the NFR and CES, reserve as soon as your flights and hotel are set, and do it before you need a specific vehicle class such as a Sprinter or S-Class. Large group manifests and airport pickups benefit most from early booking.

Do your rates go up on event weeks?

Published hourly floors do not move with app surge. Availability tightens, so reserve early. Transfers start from $130 sedan and $160 SUV and the quote confirms the final price, which can vary with taxes, tolls and availability.

Are the 2026 Grand Prix road closures confirmed?

We have not confirmed the official 2026 closure schedule, so we do not publish closure times. Read the county circuit-impacts notice when it appears and tell us your hotel tower so we can agree a pickup point.

Is the SEMA Show open to the public?

The SEMA Show is trade-only and opens to the general public only on Friday, November 6, 2026, according to the SEMA Show site.
