Harry Reid (LAS) Airport Car Service Rates

What a chauffeured car from Harry Reid International Airport costs to the Strip, Downtown, Henderson and Summerlin, and what to put on the quote so the number you get is the number you pay. Updated October 2026.

The short answer

One-way airport transfers start from $130 for a sedan and $160 for an SUV. These are starting floors. We quote each airport transfer for the actual pickup, destination, vehicle and waiting needs, because a Terminal 3 arrival with golf clubs going to a Summerlin gate is a different job from a carry-on arrival at a central Strip resort.

If you would rather keep a car and chauffeur with you, hourly rates are $120 sedan, $150 SUV, $230 S-Class and $240 Sprinter, with a 3-hour minimum. S-Class and Sprinter are starting rates. The booking form confirms the final price, which can vary with taxes, tolls and availability.

LAS transfer rates by destination

The price column is the same starting floor for every destination. The drive times are the typical ranges we publish on each route page, and they stretch on convention weeks, race week and show nights.

We do not publish a fixed fare for each hotel, and we would rather say so than print a number we cannot stand behind. Send the tower and terminal and we will confirm the figure for your trip before you book.

Hourly rates, if your day has several stops

VehicleHourly3-hour minimum
Business Sedan$120/hr$360
First Class SUV$150/hr$450
Mercedes S-ClassFrom $230/hrFrom $690
Sprinter VanFrom $240/hrFrom $720

Hourly makes sense when the airport pickup continues into a dinner, a suite check-in, a client meeting or a convention day. The 3-hour minimum applies to hourly service, not to a one-way transfer. Extra time beyond the minimum is estimated for the full duration. See the main rates page for the full breakdown.

What the quote should include

The cleanest quote names the vehicle class, passenger count, bag count, arrival terminal, resort tower, wait-time expectation and any stops. If you want inside meet-and-greet support or a name sign, ask for it in writing, because it is not the default on every reservation.

  • Pickup: Harry Reid has Terminal 1 and Terminal 3. Put the airline and flight number on the reservation so the chauffeur can plan around the published arrival, and follow the terminal-specific meeting instructions on your confirmation.
  • Waiting: Waiting terms depend on the product you book. Do not assume a free waiting window. Confirm the allowance, when charging starts and the full revised total before you travel.
  • Destination: Strip resorts have several towers and valet lanes. "Bellagio" or "Venetian" alone is too thin. Name the tower or entrance.
  • Final price: The quote confirms the final price. It can vary with taxes, tolls and availability.

Neither flight monitoring nor an inside-terminal meet is advertised as automatic. Ask for what you want and confirm it on the quote.

Picking the vehicle

A sedan fits one or two travelers with carry-ons. Move to an SUV when you have checked bags, golf clubs, a car seat or a third passenger. A Sprinter keeps a convention team or wedding party in one vehicle, and an S-Class suits an executive arrival. Luggage decides more airport bookings than headcount does, so count the bags before you choose.

Details on each class are on the fleet page, and the airport guide is on the LAS airport car service page.

Busy weeks

Our published floors stay the same on busy weeks. What changes is availability and road time. Airport pickups on SEMA, race week, the National Finals Rodeo and CES days run with heavier traffic, so reserve the vehicle class you need early. The dates are in our Las Vegas demand calendar, and race-week planning is in the F1, SEMA and Sphere guide.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much is a car from Harry Reid Airport (LAS) to the Strip?

Transfers start from $130 for a sedan and $160 for an SUV. Those are starting floors, not fixed fares for a named hotel. The quote for your pickup, destination, vehicle and waiting needs sets the final price, which can vary with taxes, tolls and availability.

Do you charge by the hour or by the trip from LAS?

Either. A single one-way move is quoted as a transfer. If you want the chauffeur to stay with you for several stops, book hourly: $120/hr sedan, $150/hr SUV, $230/hr S-Class and $240/hr Sprinter, each with a 3-hour minimum. The 3-hour minimum applies only to hourly service.

What should I put on an airport quote request?

Airline, Terminal 1 or Terminal 3, flight number, passenger count, luggage, the hotel tower or address, and the vehicle class. Add child seats, golf clubs or booth cases if you have them, and say whether you want a name sign.

Is flight tracking or inside-terminal meeting included?

Do not assume either. Put your airline and flight number on the reservation so the chauffeur can plan around the published arrival, write down any name-sign request, and confirm waiting terms and the meeting point on your quote before you travel.

Does the price change on F1, SEMA or CES weeks?

Published floors do not move with app surge. Availability does tighten, so book the vehicle class you need early. See the Las Vegas demand calendar for the dates.

Which vehicle should I book from LAS?

A sedan fits one or two travelers with carry-ons. An SUV suits checked bags, golf clubs, car seats or a third passenger. A Sprinter keeps a group together. An S-Class suits executives who want presentation.
